            1:00PM - Elementary School (K-5) Clinic*
            1:15PM  - Parent Performance

            3:00PM - Middle School (6-8) Clinic*
            3:15PM - Parent Performance

Coaches are welcome to stay.  We will ask that parents leave during the clinic and come back for the performance of what they've learned at the end of the session.

WHAT TO WEAR: Come dressed to dance! 

COST: $10/per student-athlete (to be billed to the school at the end of the season)
    We ask that each school submit a separate form for Elementary & Middle School.  Please list all of your student-athletes.  We ask that you submit as a school and not individually.  You will only be charged for those who actually attend.  You can make minor additions or subtractions to your list at the door.
