General Description
- Track Coaches Meeting - March TBD at 7PM via Zoom (we will send out links)
- Here are the guidelines for the 2025 NCSAA Track Season (subject to change as needed):
- We will charge $9.50 per student, per event, per meet. (billed to the school at the end of the season)
- For example, if a student chooses to do 2 running events + long jump they will be charged $28.50 for the meet.
- There is no team fee. You just pay for those who you register.
- If you register for an event and don't participate, you will still be charged for that event.
- All student-athletes who participate in Track & Field must have a verified National Sports ID
- We will NOT limit the number of student-athletes a school may bring. You can bring as many or as few as you'd like as long as they're fully verified and registered for the meet on Athletic.net
- All schools must have a team Athletic.net account
- All results will be posted on Athletic.net post-meet
- Live Results will be on the Finished Results Live App as the meet happens
- Within each meet we will limit the number of student-athletes that can participate in each event. This will be first come, first serve. Those who register earliest will have the first opportunity to get their kids in.
- Each student-athlete is limited to doing 3 events max. This can be any 3 that they'd like (that have spots open).

- 100M
- 1600M
- 400M
- 800M
- 200M
- Long Jump (happens the entire night as running events are going on)
- Shot Put (happens the entire night as running events are going on)
- Shot Put Weights
- 3RD/4TH BOYS: 4 LBS
- 3RD/4TH GIRLS: 4 LBS
- 5TH/6TH BOYS: 6 LBS
- 5TH/6TH GIRLS: 4 LBS
- 7TH/8TH BOYS: 4K
- 7TH/8TH GIRLS: 6 LBS
- We will charge $9.50 per student, per event, per meet. (billed to the school at the end of the season)
- All timing done by Logan with Finished Results
- No Starting Blocks Allowed!!!!
- Spikes are allowed but max length is 3/16" We will have a Clerk inspecting these at each meet and will disqualify runners for spikes
- We will give out ribbons for the top 8 places. These will be given to the coaches at the next meet.
- There can be a max of 4 coaches that can be on the infield. No parents will be allowed to be on the field for any reason. These coaches must be in school gear and listed on the National Sports ID roster.
- We will use an English Tape Measure to measure distance
- The Top 16 performances for each division will be invited to participate in the Championships on May 12. You can check Athletic.net to see who those Top 16 are. We will announce those on the Thursday Night before the Championships.
